A State Senator, a State Representative, and a lobbyist face misdemeanor charges in Boonville of using fake identification to get into a casino.
The prosecutor says Senator Jeff Smith (D-St. Louis) used a player’s card belonging to Representative Joe Aull (D-Marshall) to get on the boat. The charges say casino lobbyist Lynn Schlosser arranged the transfer.
The three are due in court November 6th.
