A company that handles Medicaid contracts for sveral states says it will build a 27-story skyscraper and another building near Bush Stadium in St. Louis, in the area known as Ballpark Village. Centene says it will shift its headquarters from Clayton to downtown St. Louis. Centene plans to add about 12-hundred jobs to its workforce.

The city is giving Centene $78-Million in tax credits. The state is expected to add more.
