Missouri Southern running back Alley Broussard named the MIAA offensive player of the week. Broussard rushed for 172 yards and four touchdowns in Southern’s 31-28 loss to 6 th ranked Pittsburgh State. Caleb Obert of Northwest Missouri State was name special teams player of the week, after returning an onside kick 37 yards for a touchdown in the Bearcats 44-20 win at Missouri Western.
