Hincapie Wins Stage Two In Tour Of Missouri

George Hincapie of the Discovery Channel team has the yellow jersey after winning stage two of this race.  Hincapie was a team of Lance Armstrong during his Tour De France run.  Day three today are time trials down in Branson.
