Judge Promises Ruling on Anti-Abortion Law This Month

September 11, 2007 By admin Leave a Comment

A federal judge promises a ruling by September 24th on the court challenge to Missouri’s latest anti-abortion law.  Planned Parenthood and a St. Louis-area abortion provider say the law will force closure of three facilities that do legal abortions in Missouri.  The judge has kept the law from going into effect until he rules. The law would force abortion clinics to meet the same regulations that ambulatory clinics have to meet.
