A traveling exhibit on segregation has opened at the Kansas City Public Library’s Central Library and will be on display through October 7th.

It features such things as photos and newspaper clippings to interpret the before, during, and after of the landmark Brown Versus Board of Education civil rights case. The 1954 U.S. Supreme Court decision established the legal precedent that "separate but equal" was unconstitutional.
