Kansas City’s four game winning streak is over, falling 3-1 to Minnesota in the first of a four game series at the Metrodome. Royals acr Gil Meche took the loss while David DeJesus and Mark Grudzielanek accounted for the two hits by the Royals.
Game two of the series is set for tonight.
