Mizzou freshman Nick Adcock took the silver medal in the decathlon this past weekend at the Pan-America Junior Championships in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Adcock finished just 26 points behind Brazil’s Diego de Araujo.
Adcock’s silver medal comes just two weeks after winning the national junior championships.
