The Attorney General’s office has charged a former Neosho policeman with endangering the welfare of a child by giving a pint of vodka to a 16-year old girl. The Newton County Circuit Court had asked the Attorney General’s staff to investigate the case against ex-deputy Justin Pickup and file charges if warranted.
