Oregonian is World Livestock Auctioneer Champ

June 20, 2007 By admin Leave a Comment

Next time you have a cow to sell, the man to sell it is Trent Stewart, who’s been crowned the World Livestock Auctioneer Champion.

The competition has been held in Springfield. He’s from Oregon and has been auctioneer for 14 years. He’s a graduate of the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City.

His title is worth $5,000, a new pickup truck, a sculpture, a ring, a fancy belt buckle, and a thousand-dollar cowboy hat.
