The joint terrorism task force has been notified of the theft of several pounds of explosives from a law enforcement firing range near St. Charles. Investigators say it’s a routine precaution.
They also say they have no leads in the case but they consider the theft "very serious."
A $5,000 reward has been offered for recovery of the explosives.
