A man charged with mailing a pipe bomb to West Plains police is due in federal court this afternoon. Police say Donald Schamber’s target was the husband of his ex-wife.
A post office worker discovered alerted police to a suspicious package last Friday. Court records say Schamber has admitted making the device, hoping his ex-wife’s husband would be blamed. The court document says Schamber hoped she would take up with him again.
