Michael Devlin has pleaded not guilty to charges of kidnapping, sexually assaulting, and trying to kill Shawn Hornbeck.
Devlin is charged with kidnapping Hornbeck when Hornbeck was 11 years old in 2002. Devlin also faces charges in Franklin County in the kidnapping of Ben Ownby. He faces various other charges in St. Louis County. And the federal prosecutor has accused him of producing child pornography.
