Three Students Injured in Jefferson County School Bus Crash

February 26, 2007 By admin Leave a Comment

Three students have been slightly injured in a crash involving a school bus in Hillsboro, in Jefferson County. Corporal Julie Scerene of the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the bus was the only vehicle involved in the crash. She says the driver apparently lost control of the vehicle, which went off the road and ended up on its side.

There were nine students on the bus at the time of the accident. All the students and the driver were taken to a nearby hospital as a precautionary measure, but only three students suffered minor injuries.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
