Ben Ownby Returns to School

Ben Ownby has gone back to school at Union. The superintendent says he was excited to be back. He’s one of the two teenaged kidnap victims found in a Kirkwood apartment a couple of weeks ago. The man charged with the kidnappings, Michael Devlin is to be arraigned in Washington County on a charge of kidnapping Shawn Hornbeck in 2002. Devlin’s lawyer says he’ll enter a not guilty plea on Devlin’s behalf and will waive arraignment. Devlin already has pleaded not guilty in Franklin County in the Ownby kidnapping.
