The National Transportation Safety Board’s final report of a fatal plane crash in Jefferson City says regional airlines need tougher professional standards for their pilots. The NTSB says the two pilots decided to have some fun while flying the empty passenger jet from Little Rock to Minneapolis, lost control of the plane, lost power in the engines, and crashed the plane in a residential area of Jefferson City in 2004. Nobody was hurt on the ground. Both pilots ont he plane were killed.
