Four Charged in Clay County Robbery and Shootings

Clay County prosecutors have charged three men in this week’s shooting deaths of two men. Lark Gardner and Patrentiss Fulton of Kansas City and Kelly Yow of Independence each face two counts of second-degree murder and first-degree robbery in the deaths of Patrick Hooton and Angela Windle. A fourth suspect, Dennis Jones of Kansas City, has been charged with first-degree robbery in Monday’s eattempt to steal drugs and money. Two other people were shot and remain hospitalized in critical condition. Three of the suspects are in custody, but Fulton is still on the loose.
