First Lady Melanie Blunt snipped the bow for the ribbon cutting ceremony honoring Jefferson City’s Parent’s as Teachers group. Kids then filed inside to visit with Clifford before the Blunts read “Good Boy Ferguson” to kick off the Scholastic Read for 2007 program. Governor Blunt says it’s important for kids to get an early start on education.
