Ten Dead in Southwest Missouri Group Home Fire

Three investigators from the State Fire Marshall’s office are at the scene of a ten-fatality group home fire in Anderson. The fire broke out about 1 a.m. Assistant Fire Marshall Greg Carrell says 35 people are believed to have been inside the Anderson Guest House, a residential care facility in the small town south of Neosho. Ten are dead. He says nineteen have been hospitalized and six more have been treated for injuries.
