Tuition increases at Southeast Missouri State University will be limited under a plan approved by the school’s Board of Regents. The plan will guarantee that tuition for most in-state undergraduates will not rise by more than $400 a year for each of the next four years. That puts the maximum cost for four years of study at $24,136.
