Mulder Struggles In Rehab Start

August 18, 2006 By admin Leave a Comment

Mark Mulder breezed through two rehab starts, but the third time wasn’t a charm. The left-hander struggled in his start for Class AAA-Memphis. Mulder gave up five runs in four innings while issuing five walks.

The former all-star is trying to recover from a shoulder injury that has bothered his delivery. He’s been on the disabled list since June 21 and it’s not known when he’ll return to the majors.
