A northeast Missouri woman has been charged with murder after a traffic crash during the Memorial Day weekend. The charge says Carri Partin of La Plata was drunk when her carrolled over, throwing out her passenger. He died of his injuries. Partin had been charged with manslaughter and drunk driving, but the manslaughter charge has been upgraded because she has two previous drunk driving convictions.
