Hall Of Fame Coach Dies

Lincoln Prep boys basketball coach, Andy Jackson, died of cardiac arrest at the age of 57, Wednesday morning.

Jackson spent 33 years as an educator to young men. He spent the last six years as coach of Lincoln Prep, finishing this season 29-2 and taking third place in Class 4. Jackson made stops at Hogan Prep and Westport before heading to Lincoln Prep. His 624-199 career record earned him an induction into the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame on June 30.
