Missourians Sweltering as Temperatures Soar

The first excessive heat warning of the Summer has been issued, with some areas seeing temperatures in the triple digits for the next few days. Heat-related illnesses become a concern. In fact, about 80 people were treated at the St. Louis Cardinals baseball game yesterday for heat-sickness. Health officials say it’s important to drink plenty of fluids, wear light-colored and light-weight clothing, take frequent brteaks, and don’t be afraid to find a cool place.
