The agent for Marshall Faulk says a decision will be made on the running back’s future in the next seven to 10 days.
Faulk is trying to recover from multiple knee surgeries he underwent this offseason. As of now, one of the knees is slower to heal, and another surgery might be required in the near future.
The 12-year veteran missed both Rams minicamps this spring along with the organized team activities (OTA’s). Faulk has mentioned possibly retiring or doing television for a year and returning in 2007.
The Rams begin training camp July 27.
