Fireworks Believed Responsible for St. Louis Fire

Kids shooting fireworks are suspected as the cause of a fire that has destroyed a historic building in St. Louis. Inspectors are trying to learn the exact cause of the fire which destroyed the Turnverein Hall, a social hall build by German Immigrants in 1879. The building has been considered one of the city’s most endangered buildings for a long time. It had been vacant for several years.
