Two more lawsuits have been filed against a 61-year-old Tennessee truck driver accused of negligence in an I-70 traffic crash that killed four women. Wrongful-death lawsuits have been filed in federal court by three children of Beverly Garrett and six grandchildren of her mother, Beulah Hunter. They were among the four who died in the fiery crash on June 1st. The lawsuits accuse truck driver George Albright of driving too fast and being negligent in losing control of his truck. Albright’s truck slammed into the back of a car, killing four. All the women were related. They were heading to a wedding anniversary in Illinois when the wreck happened about 30 miles east of Columbia.
