The man suspected of killing a two-year-old girl in a Kansas City shooting has been caught in Mississippi. Police say George Haynes had been staying there with relatives. He faces 18 felony charges, including second-degree murder. Police say Haynes fired several shots into a car carrying a man and several of his children. The shots killed the little girl and wounded two other children, who are four and eight years of age.
