A one-year old girl has been killed when a gunman fired into a car in Kansas City. Two other children are in serious condition with bullet wounds. Police think a domestic dispute is behind the incident. The car had four adults and four children in it. All of them are people who moved to Kansas City as victims of Hurricane Katrina last year. Police are looking for the shooter, who is believed also to be an evacuee from New Orleans.
