The annual meeting of the U.S. Conference of Mayors is wrapping up in Las Vegas. Among those attending is Columbia Mayor Darwin Hindman, who says smaller cities like his share many of the concerns of the bigger cities – only on a much smaller scale. Hindman says the big issues affecting cities throughout the country include infrastructure concerns, eminent domain, and transportation. The U.S. Conference of Mayors is made up of mayors of cities with populations of at least 30,000 people.
