Group Considering Legal Action Over Decision on Initiative Petitions

May 28, 2006 By admin Leave a Comment

A lawsuit is being considered by the sponsor of the two proposed constitutional amendments thrown off the ballot by Secretary of State Robin Carnahan. Carnahan has ruled the group failed to meet state guidelines in submitting petitions for initiatives on eminent domain and government spending.
