The Missouri St. Bears topped 12th ranked Arkansas 4-2 at Hammons Field on Springfield Tuesday. Centerfielder Nolan Keane proved to be the hero, with a three-run homer which snapped a 1-1 tie. Matt Lawson helped the Bears’ cause with a one-out triple, which snapped an 0-for-27 draught. Adam Pummill then walked to put two men on board and set the stage for Keane’s heroics.

Reliever Chris Krawczyk picked up his fifth save, despite allowing a run in the ninth inning. The Bears are 19-10 and have won nine of their last ten.
