Vice President Dick Cheney tells a Springfield audience that one of the nation’s biggest enemies is complacency. He says Al Qaida might be weakened and fractured, but it’s still dangerous. And, he says sound policy decisions by the Bush Adminsitration have protected the country from another attack. Cheney was in Springfield helping Senator Jim Talent raise campaign money.
