Albert Pujols smacked three home runs as the Cardinals beat the New York Mets 9-6 on Friday. Pujols, who had hit just two homers all spring, put St. Louis on the board with a two-run shot in the third inning. He then added solo shots in the fifth and seventh innings and raised his spring average to .310. Scott Rolen had three hits and drove in a run. Mark Mulder allowed two runs on five hits in the first inning but threw five scoreless innings after that.
