High winds, a few tornadoes, and a lot of hail have swept through parts of Missouri overnight. At least three tornadoes have been reported. Four people are reported to have been hurt – minor injuries – by a tornado near Savannah, in northwest Missouri. About a half-dozen homes were destroyed. Another person was hurt when a tornado damaged some mobile homes on the west edge of Sedalia. A third tornado was spotted near Warrensburg. It damaged some outbuildings. Some minor injuries have been reported at the Lake of the Ozarns when high winds blew some plywood off a billboard. It hit a car, breaking some windows and hurting people inside.
