Man Banned From Party Primary Ballots Sues

March 29, 2006 By admin Leave a Comment

A man who wants to run for Congress has gone to court demanding he be allowed to run as a Democrat in the Seventh Congressional District. Aurora resident Frazier Glenn Miller had filed as a candidate on March 6th, but the Democrat Party refused to accept his filing fee because of Miller’s racial views. Republicans and Libertarians also have refused to let him be on their primary ballots. Party officials say they don’t want him on their ballots because of his so-called “pro-white” racial views.
