A big lawsuit has been filed against 23 doctors in Columbia by the husband of a woman who died of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma three years ago. One of the defendants is former oncologist James Hueser who has given up his doctor’s license and paid a one-million dollar fine after being accused of Medicare fraud. It’s a class action lawsuit, meaning other former patients who got treatment from Hueser and his associates, can share in a judgment.
