Deaths Blamed on Wicked Weekend Weather

March 12, 2006 By admin Leave a Comment

National Weather Service experts will have to determine how a tornado that swept across part of Perry County this weekend operated and whether more than one funnel cloud was involved. Missouri State Highway Patrol Corporal Al Nothum says the tornado blew a pickup truck into a big propane storage tank, killing two people in the pickup truck and injuring twenty or more other people. The two people killed were driving on Highway 61 near St. Mary.
