At the NAIA Division II Men’s Basketball Tournament in Point Lookout, Missouri, all three of the four Missouri teams in action on Wednesday advanced. Host and fourth-seeded College of the Ozarks beat Dominican (California) 69-60 to advance to the round of 16, where they will face 13th seeded William Jewell College, of Liberty, Missouri. The Cardinals advanced with a 67-64 overtime win over Southern Oregon.
Lindenwood University of St. Charles, Missouri is the eighth seed in the tournament and they advanced by beating Dordt College (Iowa) 66-58. They’ll face 6th-seeded Taylor University (Indiana).
Evangel, of Springfield, Missouri, faces Bellevue (Nebraska) tonight.
