Cardinals Fall To Dodgers In Rolen’s Return

March 8, 2006 By admin Leave a Comment

Scott Rolen was 0-for-2 in his first action of spring training. Interestingly it was against the Dodgers, which is who the Cardinals were playing last spring when Rolen collided with Hee-Seop Choi and injured his shoulder. That injury limited him to just 56 games last year. The Cardinals lost on Tuesday 3-1. Jason Isringhausen and Jeff Nelson both pitched an inning of shutout relief.
