Coleman Ends Bid for State Auditor

Senate Democrat Leader Maida Coleman says she’s a team player – so she’s not going to run for State Auditor this year. Instead, she’s supporting Buchanan County Auditor Susan Montee, who appears to be the party’s favorite for the job. Coleman says she faced too many naysayers within her own party, despite her record of leadership in the State Senate.
