Kari Koch’s 20 points weren’t enough for the Missouri St. Lady Bears to top Illinois St. on Sunday in Normal, Ill. After a 34-34 tie at halftime, the Lady Bears opened up a 40-34 lead thanks to three-pointers from Sarah Klaassen and Kayli Combs. That lead didn’t last, in fact the Braves eventually went up 56-49. Missouri St. then battled back and eventually led twice in the final four minutes of play. They went up 63-62 with 2:30 to go, but Bradley responded with a 5-0 run to take the lead back for good.

With the loss, MSU dropped to 13-13 on the season and 7-10 in the Missouri Valley Conference. They finish the regular season on Saturday at Wichita St.
