The actor who played the one-armed man in the Harrison Ford movie, “The Fugitive,” has died. Andrew Katsulas was 59. He had lung cancer. His first stage appearance was in community theater in St. Louis when he was a child. He studied theatrical arts at St. Louis University. He did a lot of work on stage until his break in the movies when Michael Cimino cast him in “The Sicilian.” He also appeared on several television shows including “Star Trek” and “Babylon 5.”
