State Supreme Court Chief Justice Mike Wolff asks the Legislature for more money, telling a joint session of the General Assembly that a lack of resources is driving people from judicial services. Wolff says recent budget restrictions have cost the state deputy clerks. In his State of the Judiciary speech, Wolff says the Governor’s proposed four percent pay raise for state employees should help retain deputy clerks.
