The Saint Louis Billikens notched their most impressive win of the season with a 59-54 road win over Xavier Sunday night. The Billikens showed their defensive prowess by holding the Musketeers to 32 percent shooting. In the second half, Xavier made just 5-of-22 shots (22.7 percent).

The Billikens overcame a 30-26 deficit at the half and out-scored the Musketeers 33-24 in the second half. Ian Vouyoukas led the way for SLU with 13 points and Anthony Drejaj had 11 points with six assists.

The Billikens improved to 9-8 on the season and 3-2 in the Atlantic 10, while Xavier fell to 12-3 and 3-1.
