The Missouri Lottery is marking its 20th anniversary with the launch of a new, limited run game called the “20th Anniversary Dream Draw Raffle.” It kicks off today and runs through February 24th. Larry Jansen, Executive Director of the Missouri Lottery, says this raffle game costs $2. The grand prize is $200,000, with weekly prizes of $20,000 being drawn, and a number of instant-win $20 tickets being sold. Jansen points out education benefits from ticket sales. He expects that in the current fiscal year almost $225-Million in Lotery money will go to elementary and secondary education, with $81-Million headed to higher education.
