The Division’s General Counsel, Laura Krasser says tens of thousands of complaints – approximately 89,000 – have been received this year. Other Top Ten complaints involve unsolicited faxes, home repair and remodeling, financing, travel scams and time shares, automotive repair and warranty, auto sales, gas prices, credit, and debt collectors.
