A St. Joseph man survived the crash of his pick-up, which fell 30 to 70 feet off an Interstate 29 bridge, and crawled from the wreckage, only to freeze to death beneath the bridge. St. Joseph police identify him as Tyson Carter. Investigators think the crash happened Wednesday night. He was found about 17 hours later. Temperatures had dropped below zero during that time.
