The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Daimler-Chrysler has made an incentives deal with the state that could lead to one-billion dollars in improvements at the Fenton plants. State and Chrysler officials are not commenting. Public details will be announced Monday. The plants build minivans and pick-up trucks.
