The 2005-2006 edition of the Official Manual of the State of Missouri – commonly known as the Blue Book – has been unveiled by Secretary of State Robin Carnahan. Carnahan says this Blue Book has a retrospective aspect to it. It’s a large and heavy book – more than 1500 pages long. It has what Carnahan calls a historic look, similar to Blue Books issued from the early 1900s to the 1960s. It contains photographs and biographies of state officeholders, Senators, Representatives, judges, and members of state agencies, among others.
